We know that the cost of care can be confusing. In addition to offering a number of in-office payment options to fit your budget, we also give you up-front cost information on your treatment ahead of time. We offer various dental financing with credit available in time frames that fit your needs.

We know that your time is valuable to you, and that’s why we offer extended office hours on select days, dental appointment reminders, and a quick turnaround time on calls and appointment requests. We are happy to answer any questions or concerns in the office, over the phone or via email.

At Thomas R. Quickstad, DDS, we are qualified to handle all aspects of your care, so you are always surrounded by people that you trust. If we must refer out, we promise to send you to carefully vetted colleagues who apply the same professional principles in their office that we do in ours.
Comfort Care
At our office, we do everything we can to allieviate dental anxiety. Through clear communication, our patients know what to expect during their treatment. We create comfort with with blankets and offer headphones to listen to music during your treatment. Lastly, we offer dental sedation options.

Dr. Valerie Liebhaber
D.D.S
Dr. Liebhaber received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry and completed her General Practice Residency at the University of Washington. She received many accolades and was awarded a Delta Dental Hispanic Initiative Scholarship while at UCLA.
Her passion for dentistry shines in her ability to connect with patients, educating, and keeping them informed of their oral healthcare needs. Dr. Liebhaber loves providing patients with comprehensive oral healthcare and providing a relaxing setting.
“Dentistry always had a special place in my heart as I was fortunate enough to have had several wonderful dentists growing up that always made me feel comfortable and acknowledged my concerns. I hope to be able to provide that same experience to members of my own community.”
In her free time, Dr. Liebhaber loves to cook and try new recipes, camp and hike, read all genres of books, go on road trips, explore new cities and countries, and learn about different cultures. She was born in Costa Rica and moved to the Los Angeles area at a young age. She is happy to now get to call the Pacific Northwest her home! She is also fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Thomas R. Quickstad

Hello, my name is Thomas Quickstad. In our practice patients and staff just call me Dr. Tom. I was born and raised in Seattle and spent most of my educational years east of Lake Washington, in Bellevue. I went to Newport High School and graduated in 1976.
My undergraduate college days were spent at the University of Washington (Go Dawgs!). I attended the University of Washington for my undergraduate degree in Zoology and then got my degree in dentistry (DDS) at the University of Washington School of Dentistry. During my undergraduate years, a big part of my life was soccer. I played for the Huskies all four years and captained the varsity team my senior year.
In 1980 I was accepted and entered the University of Washington Dental School. I enjoyed my time in dental school and still spend Friday afternoons teaching the freshmen students at the dental school. Following graduation in 1984, I traveled to Schaffhausen, Switzerland, where I started my first job as a dentist. I was the school dentist for many of the children in the Canton of Schaffhausen.
I should note that while in Schaffhausen, my wife and I were married. Her name is Allison and she is also from Bellevue. We met during dental school and got engaged shortly after my graduation. We were married in a small church in Buchthalen, near Schaffhausen.
Following one year of working in Schaffhausen we moved to Lausanne, Switzerland, and I worked as a dentist in the Polyclinic. At the Polyclinic I treated mostly adults which really rounded out my postgraduate experience.
In late 1986 we decided it was time to end our expatriate ways and head back home. We rented an apartment on Capitol Hill in Seattle and I started working at a few different dental offices as an associate. In 1989 I opened my private practice in Issaquah. We have grown with the Plateau community and continue to enjoy getting to know and help all our great patients.
